    Shipping Information:

    When we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Normally, it takes 7-20 working days to make your cosplay costume after we receive your payment (Please refer to the actual time stated on the product page, or contact our customer service for confirmation). Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days.

    It will then take approximately 3-25 working days for the package to travel from our warehouse to your mailing address.
    The delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
    Please note that if you choose fast shipping, it only reduces the shipping time to around 3-7 days, but the processing time depends on the product you purchased.

    We ship via EMS, DHL, FedEx, Airmail, etc.
    The tracking number will be updated when the parcel is picked up, and you will receive a notification via email. You can also track your order status on the page of your store account.

    With the exception of a few special products, we offer worldwide shipping on all items in our store.
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties. Please familiarize yourself with the customs policies of your country before making a purchase.

    Shipping Methods:

    (Please note that the following estimates refer only to shipping time. If you buy in-stock items, shipping time ≈ delivery time.)

    US Shipping
    Your item will ship from our US Warehouse. Delivery time is 5-7 days. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

    Fast Shipping
    It will take 3-7 days for shipping. If you choose fast shipping, please specify the date you need the item by.

    Standard Shipping
    It will take 7-15 days for shipping. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

    Airmail Shipping / Hong Kong Post
    It will take 12-25 days for shipping. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

     

    Returns Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We only accept refunds for accessories, wigs, and standard-size costumes.
  • We do not accept refunds for custom sizes or customized costumes. Our dressmaker will begin working on your custom dress within 2 days of receiving your payment, and once the process has started, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please make your decision carefully.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for cross-dressing costumes, as these are custom-made.
  • We will offer a 100% refund only for parts of products that are defective or if there is an error in the shipment.
  • If you wish to return or exchange items due to your own mistake or a subjective reason, the round-trip postage will be borne by the buyer.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for costumes that have been washed or altered from their original size.
  • All clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Please note that some clearance items may have minor imperfections (which do not affect functionality). Please consider this carefully before making a purchase.
