Shipping policy

Shipping Informations:
When we receive your payment, Your orders will be dealt within 24 hours.Normally, it will take 7--10 working days to make your cosplay costume after we got your payment. It will then take about 5--20 working days for the package travel from our warehouse to your mailing address. So, you can get your costume in 8-27 working days.

We will ship it by EMS, DHL, Airmail. And we will add the tracking number thru our order system after we got it, and then our order system will send an email to you. We shipping worldwide for all the Costume on our site. For some accessories and special offers, customer should bear the shipping cost.

Shipping methods :

1)US Shipping

Your item will ship from our US Warehouse, the delivery day is 3-5 days. Please confirm that the shipping address the same as the PayPal address.

2) Stand Shipping

It will take 18-30 days to delivery

3)Fast Shipping

It will take 16-20 days to delivery, once choose Fast shipping, you need to tell me specific date you want to get it.

4)Hong Kong Post

It will take 20-35 days to delivery. Please confirm that the shipping address the same as the PayPal address.

5) Ready to Ship

It will take 5-7 days to delivery.
